Yoga Trainer PRO app good for
What a clever idea! I always wanted to be able practice yoga outside of my classes. This app goes through a full series of timed poses for use at home. This is so much better than flipping through a book of poses.
Sweet yoga app with a wealth of attractive photo poses which I prefer to silhouettes or drawings. Touch to flip photos for pretty complete instructions for the pose. I thought having the instructions spoken might be nice but developer explained this would make the app huge and apple dont like that. Anyway using spoken instructions on another app just confused me so maybe better without. I just use the premade sequences but I guess you can make your own and adjust the pose times. Some of the pose names arent spoken when they come up but dev says an update has already been submitted that should address that and other issues. So its a little quirky but I think its the best and should get better.
Lots of yoga applications and dvds have too much talking and direction..not to mention the music. This application is simple to use and fits my use perfectly!
I play my music in the background while I this program times my practice and prompts my poses. This app is a deal at its regular price. Its a steal now!
Is there a way to get a refund do I can get a better Yoga app? Its not a bad app (note the 4 stars) its just that I am just beginning and need more instruction. The written directions can sometimes be confusing and its hard to scroll when trying to form a pose. Does anybody know if I can uninstall and get a refund for another Yoga app?
So easy set up and can use my own music. My yoga now goes anywhere with me. Thank you!
This app is worth every penny. I admire its simplicity. One can make sequences from the library of poses to suit ones ability and purpose with the practice. I actually like that there is not a lot of talking/teaching going on, just the poses.
Some bad moments
Not recommended until the problem with the sound (vocal explanations) is fixed
The voice is aggressive, the moves are short and not in a flowing order, and there is no music!!!! A total waste of money!!!
There is a big lack of pose the basic pose are not all there ( no twist ) and when you do your sequence its kind of hard to choose the right asana if you dont know the exact name. Also, in sequence it is impossible to do 2 time the same pose ( for exemple tree pose youll do it only one time ) even if you put 2 time it will skip the 2nd one. The voice is not for all the pose also, so it beep but you need to check where you are. Really improvements are needed..
Dont buy this total waste, if you want a good yoga app then buy yoga stretch! Its awesome!:) it has music and everything and its way less:) dont waste your money on this, I made the mistake of buying this:(
The description promises "audio guide," which, as mentioned in several reviews already, is extremely erratic. It only prompts you seemingly at random, and there is NO audio guiding you through the poses. There is simply a picture of the pose and a timer (which can be modified), and then the occasional and random name of the pose called out at the beginning. If you have done yoga before, this may be alright, but for a beginner, with no audio description of the poses and how to get into them, this is a BIG waste of money. It is difficult to read about a pose while trying to get into it. Audio guidance would give this app five stars with the other features.
This app looks cool, but I am pretty pissed that I spent 4 bucks on something I cant even use. The app just crashes as soon as I open it. Dont you people test these apps before you put them out? Completely unacceptable.
